No connection between elections and constitution amendment bill: Chair Oli

Kathmandu, Dec 27: CPN (UML) Chair and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said the government should immediately announce the date for elections as constitution amendment and elections were not related.
Talking to journalists at the party central office, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu today, Chair Oli reiterated on holding three-tier of elections as per the constitutional provision.
He added that the party has been obstructing the parliament as the constitution amendment bill was registered against the constitutional provision.
