Kathmandu, Sept 11: The main opposition CPN (UML) has decided to form a new committee as per the House of Representatives and State Assemblies modality.
The party standing committee meeting held at central office in the capital today took this decision. As per the decision, there will be 165 constituencies committees, said vice- chair Yubraj Gyawali.
With this, existing 240 constituencies committees will be scrapped. It is stated that a coordinator from among senior leaders will coordinate these committees. Meanwhile, party chair KP Sharma Oli has also reshuffled his private secretariat.
