At least 12 killed in Rasuwa bus accident

RASUWA, Nov 3: At least 12 people were killed and scores other injured when a passenger bus heading to Chilime from Kathmandu skidded off the road and fell some 200 meters down at Ramche on Tuesday afternoon.

Talking to Republica, Chief District Officer Shivaram Gelal said dead bodies of 12 passengers have been collected till now, adding that death toll could rise further.
Some 30 injured have been rushed to Trishuli and Dhunche for treatment. It is learnt that some 70 people were travelling in the bus which registration number is yet to be disclosed.
